Our policy lasts 3 Days. If 3 Days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- A refund is applicable only for the following reasons specified:
– Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged
– Product does not match key features in online description
– Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
– Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken
- You will not be charged any hidden penalty fees, surcharges or return shipping fees.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges may apply to all products and will apply if the product is still in its original condition, packaging and tags are still intact. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If have any inquiries on a possible exchange or need an exchange, please contact us email@example.com
To return your product, you should mail your product to Bonafide Boutique LK. You will not be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
